| 3 | Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distermper complete all as specified and directed. |

| 5 | Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including brooming down, applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over chalk whiting on plastered surface preparatory to distempering and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distermper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with Liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/50Kg of cement on fair faces of brick work completeallas specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ) |
| 8 | Supply only Liquid water proofing compound confirming to relavent IS MAKE : Dr. Fixit of M/s PIDILITE INDSTURIES or equivalent |
| 9 | Complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of weather coat over primer on wall surface all as specified and directed . (Note : Weather coat shll be approved by Engr-in-charge). |
| 10 | Material and labour for prepareing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfacess all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Materials and labour for preparation of old woodensurfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for Preparation of old painted steel surface, roof sheet surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in 10 CM 1:4 including racking out Joints complete all as specified and as directed. |
