    Tender For Construction Of Convenience Room For Boys & Girls Near Tuck Shop Of Aps Udhampur (i) Clean and leveling the existing area near Tuck Shop and dismantling of existing brick structure of water tank. (ii) Constr of New Convenience room for Boys (size 10 x 18 ft & Height - 10 ft), and Girls (size 10 x 18 ft & Height - 10 ft), brick masonry work with Gl colour coated sheet roofing (3 ft both side slop with PVC Pipe holding rain water for proper drain), Powder coated Aluminium doors and ventilation, false ceiling, electrical work and sanitary fitting as per specification. Plinth up to 2 ft above ground with brick stairs in front of doors. Centre wall of both the convenience room is common. 4 ft height L Shape structure in front of door. (iii) Constr of 01 x new Septic Tank {8 x 8 x 10 ft) with concrete & TMT slab and soak pit. Earth work of foundation and re filling of excavation of earth etc. Construction of New Brick work in foundation and superstructure above plinth level in all side new brick work. Half Brick work 1:4 cement mortor 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand) I Laying of cement concrete for levelling of plinth level: 1:3:6 Laying of New RCC plinth beam and lintel beam 1:1.5:3 Cantering and shuttering of New plinth & lintel beam etc.
