Tender For Renovation Of Stores At Samla Complex Pandoh; 1 Removing Doors and Windows (Steel or wood) with chowkhats by making recesses in walls when the wall is not to be dismantled.Doors of area 3 sqm and below .CSR Item No. (8.26)(a) 2 Windows of area 3 sqm and below. 3 Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick including concrete base. 4 Stripping and stacking iron sheets of a roof including ridging, flashing, eaves boards gutters and down pipes. Limpot and bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purling rafters and trusses. 9 Providing and fixing Gutter 250mm wide with PPGL 0.50 thick (TCT) manufactured from zinc / aluminum alloy coated high tensile steel, having minimum yield strength of 550 MPa of approved colour fixed by means of self-drilling screws limped washers as per the manufactures guidelines complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. 10 Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 550 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including binding, bending and placing in position complete. 11 Cement concrete 1:2:4 With stone ballast or shingle mixing by manual means. 12 Centering and shuttering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc. 13 12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:5. 14 Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material . 15 Providing & fixing glass strips 4mm thick in floors 50 mm wide . 16 Supplying Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhat) consisting of 18gauge (1.25 mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fast) iron hinges conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished with 1 primer coat approved quality, fixed in position excluding the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for fillings in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete.Doors and windows frame of size 118mm x 60mm with 40 mm wide single rebate weighing 3.43 kg per meter. 17 Teak wood doors shutter and windows panelled glazed or panelled including Iron hinger, screws etc. complete fixed in position (excluding cost of tower bolts and handles but including labour for fittings the same) (Single Leaf) 35mm thick . 18 Iron Fitting ISI Marked Sliding Bolt 200mm . 19 Iron Fitting ISI MarkedHandle 150mm. 20 Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc.) . 21 Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. 22 Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade. 23 Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. 24 Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade. 25 RECESSED HGW CONDUIT PIPE WIRING SYSTEM WITH MODULAR SWITCHES: Wiring in PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) overall 1.5sq. mm, 1100volts grade to be laid in heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 20mm/ 25mm dia (1.6mm thick) ISI Marked, recessed in wall etc., complete with powder coated/anodized concealed metal boxes (1.6mm thick with Brass lugs) required for suitable number of modules (Modular accessories) for having Step type electronic fan regulators (two module) 100watts, bell push, 6Amp. 2/3 universal socket (shuttered), 16/20Amp. combined/ universal Socket (shuttered), 6/10Amp. Switches, 16/20Amp. switches with indicator etc. and covered with Frame Plate etc., PVC connector (For Fan Box and Call Bell), PVC Bush, Steel Hooks, Sheet metal fan box (1.6mm thick shape hexagonal), CI Circular junction Boxes (Four way 1½ deep for walls and 3 deep for ceiling), bonding to earth with PVC insulated copper conductor single core FR cable (ISI marked) 1sq. mm, 1100volts grade (For 6Amp. wall socket & plug control point) and other petty material etc. including the cost of above material, cutting and filling up of chases (with finishing the surface):- Wiring light point 26 Wiring 6 Amp. wall socket point.
