Tender For A/R And M/O To Part Portion Of Max-I T.E. Building At Korba, Chhattisgarh.; 1 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 2 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine Sand ). 3 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 4 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 5 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 6 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : 7 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 9 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 10 French spirit polishing : 11 Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler. 12 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13 Old work (one or more coats) 14 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 16 One or more coats on old work 17 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mmin patches ofarea 2.5 sq meters and underincludingcuttingthe patch in propershape, raking out jointsand preparing and plastering thesurface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbishtodumpinggroundwithin50 metres lead : 18 With cement mortar1 : 4(1 cement :4 coarse sand). 19 Renewingglass panes and re-fixing existing wooden fillets : 20 Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm. 21 Disposal of materials like excavted earth,moorum, excavated rocks, building rubbish, malba, sludge etc. by mechanical transportto the dumping ground including loading, unloading, stacking, spreading and leveling etc. as per requirement within municipal limits complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 22 Providing skilled labour for trade like plumbing /masonry / carpentry / works which are not covered and measurable in items of DSR[Note: contractor shall provide skilled labour of respective trade along with necessary tools and plants]. 23 Providing unskilled/casual labour, coolie / beldarfor day to day maintainance work which are not covered and measurable in items of DSR. 24 Repairs to wooden / aluminium doors,windows etc. including dismantling and re-fixing the same with screws, or by welding if required hinges,etc. doing all the operation complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. [Note: New Section, new hinges, fittings etc. if required will be paid for separately].
