Tender For Providing Roller Crash Barrier Works In The Government Roads Of Kodaikanal (H) C&M Sub Division (Mdu-080).; 1 Road Work 2 Supplying and installation of a road Restraint system- Roller System Barrier ETI Roller System H1 & H2 and shall meet all theperformance requirements of MASH TL-4 of AASHTO and otherrelevant tests in force. The Roller system comprising of post of hotdip galvanized steel of 140mm diameter, main post of 2200mmheight, 4.5mm thick (including reinforced to 1m height with125mm dia, 4mm thick inner post) and intermediate post of135mm dia, 780mm height of 4mm thick, spaced with intervals of 666.66mm c/c installed in hardened surface made of M15 Grade concrete using 40 mm metal. Safety sleeve rail of SS 400 section 125 x 100 x 5 mm are fixed two at top and two at bottom rails in main posts, two shock absorbing rollers of 370mm diameter and 210mm height of each made of polypropylene - EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) with reflective bands (minimum Class-1), including joint sleeve rails of 108 x 75 x 5mm of 900mm for top rails and 300mm length for bottom rails, each sleeve to be fabricated with aseries of slotted and round holes, including Post caps, round rail, lockers, pipes, stopper boards, LED guide lamps, connecting material like bolts, fasteners etc., and all charges for erecting at site. All steel parts (FRAME S235R equivalent SS400) and post S235JR shall be hot dip galvanized to protect against corrosion.
