Tender For Construction Of Vao Office At Anaimalaiayan Patty Panchayat.; 1 Construction of VAO Office at Anaimalaiayan patty Panchayat. 2 Earth work excavation in all clauses of soils except hard rockwith an initial lead and lift including strutting, bailing out water as per standard speciation etc complete. 3 Cement concrete -1:4:8 using 40 mm metal (ISS HBG metal) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 4 Brick work in cm 1: 5mix using country brick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges etc. 5 Supplying and erecting centering including cost and conveyance of all material to site and all labour charges etc complete. For beams and roof. 6 Brelow GL 7 Above GL 8 Supplyingand fabrication of of steelincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete. 9 RCC-1:1.5:3 using 20 mm metal (ISS HBG metal) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 10 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 cum X 20 cum of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 12 mm thick mixes with water proofing 11 Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours.It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete].The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. 12 Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 using 10mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc complete 13 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 using 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc complete 14 Floor finish with granolithic pattern with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12 mm size hard broken granite stone jelly 25 mm thick and the top rubbed smooth, etc complete. 15 Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the wallssmooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification.(The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work). 16 Painting using Plastic Emulsion paintincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 17 Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank 18 Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia B class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). 19 Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and ThreeM.Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 20 Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mmof approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) 21 Fabrication and supply of mild steel Door of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter framemade of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete. 22 door (1.20x2.10) 23 Toilet door (0.75 x1.80) 24 Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter framemade of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete 25 Window 1.20x1.30 26 Labour charge for fixing Doors and windows 27 door (1.20x2.10) 28 Window 1.20x1.30 29 Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 30 Electrical Arrengements 31 Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm.
