Tender For Improvement Of Getla Khul Near Army Ditch- 1 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar 2 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil : 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: B)Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth andstring courses etc. 11 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: c)Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms 12 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: c)Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls. 13 12MM thick cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix 14 Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20CM in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50M in and lift upto 1.5M. 15 Carriage of mateial from source to site of work. (A) Sand and stone average distance 20 KM by MT.
