Preventive Maintenance Visit - Once in 6 months. 1. Insulation inspection for all insulated lines and systems 2. Pipeline leakage inspection 3. Valve leakage and functionality check 4. Heater performance assessment in feed water tank 5. Functionality check of Mass flow controllers 6. Tightening bolts and nuts of test section and test vessel 7. Checking of leak in flanged joints and replacement of seals in test vessel and in test section. 8. Leakage test for Vessel at design pressure and leak rectification if required. 9. Functionality Check of vent and drain lines 10. Maintenance of spray pump 11. Checking of Hydrogen detector and alarm system 12. Water Quality Check 13. Functionality check of all solenoid valves 14. Functionality check of feed heater control
