tender for Upgradatio/Renovation of A. V Room and allied area at SKICC- Dismantelling of existing almirah including stacking of servicable material at site and handing over the material to store incharge and disposal of unservicable material away from site. 2 Proving and fixing of almirah at site of 19mm thick plywood, with back of 12 mm thick, shutters of 19 mm blockboard of BWP grade with mica pasted on the inside of atleast 0.80 mm thick and Mica on the external side of at least 1.00 mm thickwith doors of soft close hinges incl shelves/partitions as directed by engineer incharge. The edges of the almirah to be covered with matching mica or beading as directed 3 Providing and fixing ofGyp board of approved pattern design i/c supply and fixing steel wire gauge for ceiling over joists i/c cost of nuts ,bolts and scaffolding charges and leads also incl dismantelling of existing false ceiling incl stacking of all servicable materials and handing them over to store incharge and disposal of unservicable material away from site. 4 Dismantelling of existing flooring pvc Flooring including disposal of unsevicable material away from the site and also including chipping of the flooring to prepare for Tiles 5 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm 6 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 7 Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 8 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 9 French spirit polishing, one or more coats on old work including scrapping and sandpapering the existing surface incl using of hydrogen peroxide complete job
