Amethi - Loading, carriage of following items from Store Centre, Gauriganj/Sultanpur to dump store including unloading and proper stacking (Sr. No.02-11) (distance 0-70 km.) 2 PCC Pole8.5 Mtr. Long 3 11kv Polymer Pin Insulator . 4 Stay Set Complete 5 Top Channel 6 Earthing Complete 7 Transformer 25 KVA 8 Base Angle for T/F 9 Dropper Channel 10 Cable LT ABC (3x50+1x35+1x16) Sq.mm. 11 ACSR Weasal Conductor 12 Other Line Material 13 Dragging of pole from JE Dump Store to site 14 Digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement.Fabrication & erection of double pole support on P.C.C. pole includingdigging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per RESSPO norms. 15 Digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement. Fabrication & erection of single pole support on PCC Pole support including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per RESSPO norms . 16 Grouting of PCC pole in ratio 1:4:8 with cement stone ballast, coarse sand and plinthing 300 mm above ground level as well as muffing of plinth. 17 Concreting & nuzzling of stay complete including fixing of necessary clamps with the help of nuts & bolts other accessorise required for completing the work as well as its grouting by civil material viz.Sand, stone ballast and cement. The contractor will provide all civil material as well as stay insulator 18 Stringing and sagging of 11 KV line with ACSR Weasal Conductor including nuzzling binding and jumpering (weasal conductor will be provided by the department) 19 Installation of 25 KVA Transformer on newly constructed Double pole making proper connections from 11 KV system and proper testing as well as commissioning of Transformer. 20 Stringing and Sagging of LT ABC Cable (3x50+1x35+1x16) Sq.mm. (LT ABC Cable will be provided by the department) 21 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth rod 2500 mm long as per RESSPO norm. 22 Neutral Earthing of Distribution Transformer by using GI Pipe 40 mm dia depth 40 foot with boaring process and lowering of GI Pipe and connecting GI Pipe to neutral of Distribution Transformer through MS flat 40x5 sq.mm. and painting of MS flat with to dark green colour. Works including cutting moulding, welding and painting of MS flat etc. complete along with cost of all man/material & T&P etc. 23 Body Earthing of Distribution Transformer by using GI Pipe 40 mm dia depth 40 foot with boaring process and lowering of GI Pipe and connecting GI Pipe to neutral of Distribution Transformer through MS flat 40x5 sq.mm. and painting of MS flat with to dark green colour. Works including cutting moulding, welding and painting of MS flat etc. complete along with cost of all man/material & T&P etc.
