Repair And Renovation Work For Conversion Kaminirghat Sub Center Into Ssk Under Coochbehar-Ii Block In Coochbehar District Vide Dhfws/Cbr/Niet/Civ/25-26/09/Sl. 041 125 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick in cement mortar 1:4 Sq. 1.1 In1st floor: Sq. 2 Square or hexagonal mesh netting made with 18 B.W.G. galvanised wire, fitted and fixed complete as per design (excluding the supporting frame work but including local sal wood battens of size 37.5mmx25mm).In ground floor. (b) 25mm mesh. Sq. 3 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering with centering and necessary support. In Ground floor: Sq. 4 Reinforcement with Tor steel/Mild Steel (SAIL/ TATA/RINL) for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including initial straightening, removal of loose rust, cutting to reuisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire, complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-incharge. Ground floor 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) of River Bazree excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, as per relevant IS codes. Ground floor Cu. 6 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. Sq. 7 20 mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 cement mortar to wall, floor, ceiling at ground floor including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary but excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface. 8 In ground floor: Sq. 8.2 In 1st floor Sq. 9 15 mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 cement mortar to wall, floor, ceiling at ground floor including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary but excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface. 9.1 In ground floor: Sq. 9.2 In First Floor Sq. 9.3 In Second Floor Sq. 10 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick using Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m. in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. Sq. In ground floor: Sq. 11 Supplying and laying true to line and level Light coloured Vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91Kg./Sq.M and laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per Sq.M below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles / epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (white cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by agency) 11.1 In ground floor: 11.2 1st Floor Supplying, fitting & fixing other than coloured decorative 1st quality Ceramic tiles (area of each tile above 0.09 Sq.M) in floor with 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & Sand Cement Mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @2.91 Kg/Sq.M & filling the joints using white cement slurry @ 0.20 kg/Sq.M., mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. 12.1 In ground floor 12.2 In 1st floor 13 Supplying, fitting & fixing other than coloured decorative including white 1st quality Ceramic tiles (area of each tile above 0.09 Sq.M) in walls with Sand Cement Mortar (1:3) 15 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @2.91 Kg/Sq.M & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20 kg/Sq.M to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. 13.1 In ground floor 13.2 In 1st floor 14 Supplying,fitting & fixing granite slab 15mm to 18mm thick in floor, lobby, stair, landing and treads etc. over 20 mm (avg) thick base of cement morter (1:2) laid with white cement slurry @ 4.40Kg per Square meter before placing of granite and jointed with white cement slurry @ 2.0 Kg per square meter with necessary pigments and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. Area of each Granite slab 0.6 to 1.0 Square meter in ground Floor Wood work in door and window frame with Siliguri Sal fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M. clamps. 15.1 In ground floor 15.2 In 1st floor Panel shutters of door and window, as per design, 35 mm thick shutters with 19 mm thick panel of size 30 to 45 cm. of Sishu, Gamar, Champ, Badam, Bhola, Mogra, Hallak, etc. including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge another fittings in ground floor. (Each panel consisting of single plank without joint. In case of non-supply of single plank, penal rate of reduction of 20% will be made) 16.1 In ground floor 16.2 In 1st floor 17 Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of single piece extruded solid PVC profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62mm width x 32 mm thickness (the door frame is to be made with single piece extruded solid pvc profile whereas no sheet pasted profile shall be applied for door frame fabrication) and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer – in – charge using 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws. 18 Providing & fixing factory made 30 mm thick factory made solid pvc door shutter made out of single piece extruded solid pvc profile . The style & rails shall be of size of 75 x 30 mm having wall thickness of 5 mm. The style and top bottom rail shall have one side a thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. 15 mm thickness shall be of single piece extruded solid pvc profile whereas it shall be not be made of sheet pasted profile) . The styles and rails shall be reinforced with MS tube of size 18 mm(±) 1mm x 18 mm (±) 1mm x 1mm painted with primer all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed . solid pvc extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and rails with a cavity to receive single piece extruded 5 mm pvc sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be metered cut and join with the help of pvc solvent cement, self tapping screw and braket of size 200 x 75 mm / welded at each corner. Single piece extruded solid pvc lockrail of size 100 x 30 mm with a wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of lockrail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8mm complete as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. b) Factory made Single piece extruded PVC profiles door shutter of both side laminated wood grains decorative Finish: 19 Supplying, fitting and fixing 40 mm X 6 mm, 250 mm Length M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete(1:2:4) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately) 20 Supplying 100mm x 75mm x 3.50mm Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark. 21 Supplying 100 mm x 63 mm x 3.2 mm. Anodised Aluminium butt hinges manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. 205/66 and fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws. 22 Aluminium barrel / tower / socket bolt (full covered) of of 200mm long 10mm dia bolt 23 Supplying anodised aliminium D handle with continuous plate base 150 mm. grip x 12 mm. dia Hexagonal/ Round rod of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 230/72) fitted and fixed complete 24 ii) Brass hasp bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete (oxidised) with 16mm dia rod with centre bolt and round fitting. (c) 300mm long. 25 M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S. flats and bars of windows fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs. Painting 27 Applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered surface. 27.1 At exterior wall in ground floor : 27.2 At exterior wall in first floor : 27.3 At exterior wall in 2nd floor : Applying two coats of Protective and Decorative Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. 28.1 At exterior wall in ground floor : 28.2 At exterior wall in first floor : 28.3 At exterior wall in 2nd floor : 29 Applying two coats of Acrylic Distemper on walls and ceiling including sand papering with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer. 30 Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer. 31 Applying two coat of Painting over timber surface with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. 32 Applying Oil bound primer over metal surface including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. 33 Two coats of synthetic enamel paint with hi-gloss with any shade except white over metal surface. 34 Supplying, PVC water storage tank of 500 litre capacity with closed top with lid (Black)-Multilayer. 35 Labour for hoisting plastic water storage tank upto 1500 litre capacity upto roof of first floor. 36 Supplying fitting and fixing 550 mm X 400 mm size in size white vitreous china wash basin of approved make with all necessary accessories and fittings 37 Supplying, fitting and fixing stainless steel sink complete with waste fittings and two coats of painting of C.I. brackets.(ii) 630 mm X 550 mm X 180 mm 38 Supplying,fitting and fixing approved brand 32 mm dia.P.V.C. waste pipe, with PVC coupling at one end fitted with necessary clamps. 900 mm long 39 Supplying, fitting and fixing 580 mm x 440 mm Orissa pattern water closet in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make in position complete. 40 Supplying,fitting and fixing cast iron 100 mm dia. For Cosealed work 49 Supply of UPVC pipe ( B-Type) and fitting confirming to IS13592-1992 a) Single socketed 3 m length, 110 mm 50 Supply of UPVC pipes (B type )& fitting conforming to IS 13592-1992 A) i) singlem 51 (c) Anti-termite treatment to the soil under floor with chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrate (1% concentration) with water by weight including drilling vertically 12mm. dia holes at the junction of floor and wall at 300mm. interval to reach the soil below using hand operated pressure pump to squirt chemical emulsion into the pump to squirt chemical emulsion into the holes at the rate of one litre per hole. The holes shall be sealed after operation to match with the existing floor. The entire work is to be carried out as per specification laid down in para 4.3.1.4 of code I.S.-6313 (Part-III)- 1981.
