soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed. 129 M & L for preparing old or previously treated walls surfaces by brooming down or with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls with sponge roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 130 M & L for preparing old plastered walls surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 131 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of white wash / color wash/ cement base paint / synthetic enamel paint etc and preparation of surfaces of the same walls and applying Two or more coats(tint as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with sponge roller,of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm oversurfaces incl exterior grade wall care putty where reqd 1-2mm upto three story building incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
