| 3 | M&L for preparation ofold decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed. |

| 6 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on in two layers each of 10+5mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) with Liquid water proofing Compound of cement on fair faces of brick work completeallas specified and directed.(Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ) |

| 9 | Complete removal of exixting treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint ofweather coat including one coat of emulsion primer and preparation of surfaces on wall surface complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applyng one coats synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed. |

| 13 | M&L prepration of old painted roof sheet surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. |
