small patches and repairs at columns, chajja, canopy , slab base and soffits finished even and smooth without using extra cement using GI chiken wire mesh having dia( 0.71mm and mesh size of 12mm) upto a height of 9m as directed including taking down of plaster , & necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto height 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 4 Matenal and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coat of first quality premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 tr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied lover one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9ltrundiluted)/10 sq mirs diluted with water in 1:1ratio as per manufactures instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI along with application of wallcare putty of 1mm thicknessupto height of 12.00 mtrsall as specified and directed by engineer in charge .Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed 5 Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 6 Material and labour for 5mm thick cement plastering on ceiling in CM 1:3 finishing the surface fair and even complete all as spd and directed by engineer in charge 7 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface including fascias, cornices, ceiling walls etc to make the surface free from dust,by skilled labour and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two or more coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with fully automatic electrically operated airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum one litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI ,prepare the surface even and smooth upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Prepration of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices, ceilings by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efforescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall complete all as specified and direceted. 10 waterproofing coating on brick/concrete surfaces on walls through certified applicator,After base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials at least .30 m or more below ground level including demolition of pcc , grouting the porous area with cementatious grout, fixing of weep holes, Grouting of pipe outlets etc., The waterproofing system shall confirm to meet minimum requirements of having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D 2370:2016, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per EN-12390 1048, adhesion strength shall be 1 Mpa as per ASTM D 7234, and crack bridging upto 1.2 mm as per EN 1062-7:2004. The coating shall be applied at a coverage of 7-8 Sqft/Kg for 2 coats along with sprinkling of coarse sand over coating all as specified and directed by EIC. 14 Preparation of old painted wooden surfacs of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 Preparation of old painted wooden surfacs of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 16 Preparation of old painted steel surfacs of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to height of 12.00 mtrs.complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparation of old painted steel surfacs of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint up to height of 12.00 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for complete removal of existig treatment and applying two coat of first quality Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/facias/roof top/ramp Surface etc in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55%of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 7.5 meter, over and including one coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to include preparation of surfaces of wall/roof and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height. 19 Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior plastic emulsion paint on old PCC kerb stone surface including making good to the surface of kerb stone by applying and rendering joints with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make - Asian Paints,Berger and Nerolac. 20 M & L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof,chajja etcKerb or mud stops, rounded chamfered on edges before treatment of roof, chajja surface at any height upto 9.5 m all as specified and directed by EIC. 21 M&L for Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer along with coping and ghol on roofs all as specified and directed 22 Demolition of Mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping (Whether full thickness removed or only a parttherof) including removal outside defence land as directed by Engr-in-charge. 23 M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for Cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with & incl. water proofing compound as in roof padding to maintane slope correction of the depresses/ undulation portion complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 25 Supplywater proofing compound to mixed with cement mortar etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. 26 M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface by removing loose/ uneven particles with wire brushes and other tools,Filling of cracks with smart Care Hybried PU sealant wherever requiered and applying 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 alongwith covering and applying smart care damp proof ultra and assure proper curing of plaster , Laying of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) ofof 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.2 litre/ sqm to be reinforced with 45 GSM fiber mesh, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mp and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius. The systemconists of self priming with 33% ditution followed by two undiluted coats (dry film thickness of complete appliaction/ system not less than 500 microns).Note :- (i)Ponding test shall be done after application of material and the cost is deemed to be inclusive. In case oif any leakage/failure the complete area of roof be treated again without any extra cost.(ii)The work of water proofing will be carriedout by authorized representative/applicator of the Manufacturer The necessary documents in this regard will be submitted & got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work. 27 Dismantling of CI/PVC pipe of 75/110mm dia fixed with cement joint. 28 S&FPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Disconnecting existing tank capcity 500 ltrssetting aside (or lowering if required ) for repair , cleaining, etc and hosting if requiredreconnecting and re-fixing in postion. (Cleaning reparing etc measured sepratly) 30 Material and labour for fixing 3mm thick glass sheet of ordinary qualityand glazing with oil putty in sqaures in n.exc 0.5 sqm in each panes including taking out of old broken glass ( any thickness,size,quality or description ) from wooden or steel frames with putty or fixed with beads, punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. 31 Demolition of brick work builtin cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed . 32 M&L, Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto height 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge 34 M&L for preparing new plastered surface and applying three coats of whitewash on plastered surface of wallsall specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 35 S&F in repair, 10 Litre capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type,flushing cistern low level ,white, with inlet,ball valve, float ,flush pipe and handle including brackets, 32mm bore PVC flush pipe andPVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm etc complete all as specified and directed. 36 S&F 600mmx450mm beveled edge mirror of selected guality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board and fixed to wooden plugs with chroniumplated brass screws and Make Modiguard fixing in repair complete all as specified and as directed. 37 S&F in repair 20 mm bore Ball brass valves in repair , high pressure , with polythene float valve and flynut complete , screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. 38 S&F in repair 15mm Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm 125gms). 39 S&F 32 mm dia PVC flexible pipe of suitable length for wash hand basin or urinal fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F PVC water storage tank cover for upto 500 litre capacity any size and type of water tank in any positionincluding necessary locking arragement complete all as specified and directed 41 S&F metallic door seal bottom strip of width(15-20mm) and upto 1.2 m long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 42 Supply and fixing bib tap in repair, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated,screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore dia, fixed as in repair, including removal of old to store for reuse or for credit,complete all as specified and directed. 43 Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
