Tender For construction of Community Hall / Shed Nlo Binori Lal- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: 2 P/L of dry stone soling hand packed. Complete job. 3 Providing and laying specified grade cement concrete1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )Excl the cost of Centering/Shuttering. 4 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto plinth level in 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete. 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)complete. 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.11:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work .FOUNDATION 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work .SLAB 9 Reinforcement for RCC work incld. Straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. 10 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular ) bricks class designation 75 in foundation & plinth including superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level incement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete. 11 Extra for brickwork in superstructure above plinth level upto floor-v. 12 12 mm Cement plaster in 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 13 P/l cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mix20mm nominal size top finished with floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick) using crushed stone aggregate. 14 Providing wood work in frames of Doors,windows etc. wrought ,framed and fixed in position in K.D Imported wood, complete inclusive of all charges. 15 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces 16 P/F paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(imported Kail wood) 35mm thick incl cost of primer and painting two or more coats,incl the cost of panneling and glazing all complete. 17 P/F OF grill work for windows 18 Providing and applying two or more coatsof Snowcem on brick work. 19 Carriage of sand and bajree from an av lead of25 Kms. 20 Carriage of bricks from an av lead of200 Kms. 21 Add for Electrificationand other unforseen items LS to be paid as per actual LMR, CIB
