| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down outdoor type copper wound, ONAN cooled transformer of capacity 400 KVA complete with standard, filling HT 11KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire (Dyn 11) with off load changer with range +7.5 to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to vary secondary voltage all as per IS 1180 Level-II complete all as specifiedand as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(1) Technical Details :-(a) No load Voltage Ratio (Normal Tap)- 11000/433V(b) Number of Phase: Three(c) Frequency: 50 Hz(d) Type of Cooling: ONAN(e) Winding connection: The primary winding (HV) shall be connected in delta and secondary winding (LV) shall be connected in star.(f) Vector Group: Windings shall be connected as per Vector symbol: Dyn 11(g) Neutral Earthing: The neutral point of Secondary (LV) winding shall be brought out to a separate insulated terminal and shall be solidly earthed.(h) Off Load Tap Changer of the transformer: Voltage tapping range on H.V. side will be (+7.5%) to (-7.5%) insteps of 2.5%. The tap changing switch shall be located in a convenient position so that it can be operate from ground level. The switch handle shall be provided with a locking arrangement along with tap position 1(+7.5%) & 7 (-7.5%) .(j) The percentage impedance at 75 deg C & 50 Hz refer to the (normal) principal Tapping shall be as per BIS BEE rating.(k) Losses: Minimum losses as per BIS BEE rating. |
| 2 | (2) Structural Details :-The transformer shall be comprising of the following items:-(a) Externally hand operate off-circuit Tap Changer switch with position indicator and locking device.(b) Conservator with Oil gauge, filling Hole with plug and drain hole with plug.(c ) Undercarriage with four plain rollers.(d) Oil filling hole cum air release plug.(e) Drain Valve cum sampling valve.(f) Filter valve with Plug.(g) Lifiting Lugs for Transformers.(h) Lifting Lugs for Lid.(j)Earthing Terminals.(k) Dehydration breathing device which would not permit ingress of moisture,rain water and insects.(l) First filling of new dehydrated transformer oil upto recommended level . (m) Rating and terminal marking plates. Note :-All foundation works for Transformer as per manufacturer recommendation or as direction by Enge-in- charge for the installation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |

(i) Digital SCADA compatible intelligent panel meter indicating line/phase current, line/phase voltage, power factor, KVAR,KVA, frequency etc with accuracy class 1.0 for all outgoing feeders. |
| 5 | (j) One set of indication lamp(LED) type for ON/OFF indication in all LBS/VCB. (k) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three nos indication lamp for RYB phase indication in all LBS/VCB.NOTE:- (i) All foundation works for RMU as per manufacturer recommendation for the installation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Contractor shall submit detailed drawings with specification of the RMU and get necessary approval before placing final order to the manufacturer. (iv) All outgoing / incoming existing HT cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(v) Any item missed out above but is technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 6 | Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commisioning of LT 3 Phase 4 wire 450 Volts system, factory made,CPRI Appoved,water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pilar box of suitable sizeof out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable hinged door and air ventilation arrangement . Danger notice plate shall be fixed on back/ main door. The pannel shall be Complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade.
