Repair And Maintenance To The Supervisory Building Of Snow Clearance Control Room Tangmarg- 1 Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) ACP 3mm. Including all Hardware fittings like Handles, hings, locks etc. Complete Job.as per standard LMR. 2 Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paints for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications. Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm (3 coats total) 3 Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. Thisincludes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Internal work-exposed on wall with clamps at 1.00 meter spacingPN-16 pipe, 20mm OD(SDR-7.4) 4 Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick 5 Replacement of damaged wall mixer by way of providing and fitting of new CP brass wall mixer of reputed make. 6 Providing and fitting of new CP brass basin mixer of reputed make 7 Angle valvefor inlet and outlet for geyser and wash basin
