Tender For Face-lifting Of Administrative Block Statistical Training School, Jammu Of Directorate Of Economics And Statistics At Janipur Jammu By Way Of Laying Premix Carpet, Repair Of Furniture, Termite Treatment And Development Of Lawn- 1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 2 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm. 3 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm. 4 Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentageby weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. 5 Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. 6 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil. 7 Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.)In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction 8 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment.Treatment of points of contact of wood work with chemical emulsion Chlorophriphos /Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same 9 Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorophriphos/Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% 10 Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete 40 mm 11 Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete :100 mm 12 Engaging Carpenter for minor repair of Office Furniture. 13 Engaging Helper along with carpenter for repair Office Furniture. 14 Providing and FixingWriting pad for vistorchairs complete with 18mm plyboard and 1mmdecorative high pressure laminated sheetincluding all screws and fixtures 15 Providing and Fixing Gaskit Rodfor Revolving chaircomplete including all screws and fixtures 16 Providing and Fixing Chairs Wheels 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 18 Providing and fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain/wood grain in gloss/matt/suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality 1mm thick
