Tender For Construction Of Etp Shade In Bvfcl Hospital; 1 Earth work in excavationby mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50M in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50M and lift upto 1.50m and disposedearth to be levelled and neatly dressed : (a) All kind of soil 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m 3 Supplying and stacking of sandy gravel in measurable stack and then spreading at working watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. 4 Providing & laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering - all work upto plinth level CC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 river sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 15 mm cement plaster of mix (a) 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 river sand) at all height 6 Neat cement punning at all height . 7 Pucca brick work in foundation and plinth using common burnt clay local best quality bricks in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 river sand) including curing etc. complete 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for:(b) Columns, piers, abutments, posts and struts 9 Providing and fixing 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating corrugated CGI sheets confirming to IS-277-1969 @ 5.70 Kg/Sqm with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm / Sqm in roofing & side cladding fix with galvaised iron J or l hooks or bolts & nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen & GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses. 10 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade . 11 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
