Repair And Maintenance Work At Govt. Women Polytechnic College, Kota.- 1 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 2 Demolishing mud phuska/ Lime dhar/ Kharanja in terracing and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 3 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) includingfinishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 5 Providing & applying Three coat of Acrylic Water Proof membrane having sunlight and UV resistant propertiesover waterproofing slurry coat , initial coat of 50-75 micron thickness with diluting 1 part of chemical with 2 parts of clean water, overwhich applying 2 coats at 2 Hrs .intervals each with diluting 1 part ofchemical with 20% of clean water for total thickness of 400 to 450 microns (covering area 0.9 Sq.M/Kg of chemical including preparation of surface by cleaning, brushing and dust removing, scaffolding if necessary etc., with contractors labour, tools,machinery etc, complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. 6 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick 7 Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.
