Cutting, Rubbing/Grinding and polishing of existing kota stone/ Mosaic flooring with grinding machine to give high gloss finish and repairing of joints with water proof chemical of approved make (Dr fixit URP-301) or equivalent approved make including all labour and tools and plant etc complete.

Note-1: General Notes1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates.3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc..6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursableon production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
