construction of Mehrab at Eidgah Quil Block:- AloosaHalqa:- Quil- scheme:- PRI- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual meansin trenches for foundations, drains,pipes, cables etc. including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix 3 Providing, laying, dry stone soling hand packed including ramming andcompacting with hand rammers also including carriageby MT 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 Brickwork with common purnt clay bricks of class desg 7.5in superstructure above plinth levelin cement motar 1:6 mix (Pillers) incld carriage of bricks 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size 7 Reinforcement for RCC work incl. straightening, bending, hoisting, placing in position incl. cost and carriage of all materials involved complete job. 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork Suspended floors 10 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) complete all inclusive. 11 Structural steel work in single/ built up sections, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 12 Providing colour coated high rib sheet roofing incld vertical curved surface 13 Providing coloured soffit 14 Providingand fixing coloured ridges hips valleyeaves boardingcomplete 15 P/F Ceramic tiles in walls and floors 16 Finishing walls with white cement based putty two or more coatsto give smooth finish over plastered surface 17 Painting with silicon and acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces: Two coats 18 Carriage of sand aggregates by MT 19 Carriage of bricks 80km MT 20 Provision for Misc items(Ornamental Domes/ vertical pillersand allied fixtures ) required as per site 21 CIB and photography charges
