Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board grade-I type-II, IS: 12823 marked including primer coat on unexposed surfaces 12 mm thick (framework to be paid seperately) 6 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows 8 P/F of prelaminated particle board decorative MDF 12mm thick with PVC edge banding 9 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. 10 Supply heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia 2mm thick conforming to IS 2509 with suitable size bends ,junction boxes ,adhesive pasts etc 11 Supplying and wiring adopting loop system in existing PVCConduit /casing capping casing capping using 2x1.5mm2 (Phase & Neutral) & 1x1.0 mm(Earth wire) FRLS multi strand PVC insulated copper wire (confirming to IS-694: andlatest amendments) without control switch shall be fixed on the existing plastic sheet/ gang box, the other end of the wires shall be terminated with sufficient loose length in a wood/PVC round block. complete for each outlet.
