Tender For Annual General Cleaning Works Of Kesa House (Hq), Kesco Kanpur - Arrangingeight no sweeper part time ( six nofor morning & 02 no for evening) reguler cleaning of road and their side pattriesincluding sweeping cleaning of floor with brooms, cloth etc. and also including wet wash with phenyl ,removing garbage and vegetation,Cleaning and sweeping of roof of residence as and when required and its disposal to dust bins.as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour etc.required for proper completion of the work(.OLD CSI 1.42) 3 Cleaning and sweeping of roof as and when required including uprooting of rank vegetation and disposal of the garbage upto 50 M. (C.S.I No. 29.82) 4 Providing cleaning & sweeping goods like broom,bambo,poncha,duster ,phawda ,panji,phenyl,coline ,acid etc as required for proper completion of work.(NSI) 5 Supply and sprinkling of lime in all drains of Kesa House and water logged area including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (C.S.I .No. 29.81) 6 Cleaning panes of glass with spirit of caustic soda including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (C.S.I. No. 29.57) 7 Thorough cleaning of inspection chamber with sludge pump including disposal of waste outside the corporation area including removing inspection chamber cover and refixing cover in its position as per direction of the E/I including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (C.S.I No. 29.60) 8 Disposal of rubbish/debris outside the corporation area as per direction of Engineer in-charge including cartage labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (C.S.I. No. 15.60) 9 Cleaning and opening of chocked W.C/bath/kitchen pipe line including opening and refixing of chamber cover including washing etc. complete. (C.S.I. No. 29.63) 10 Cleaning of main drain or width lessthan 300 mm.including disposal of waste refuses sludge out side the boards area including washing and cleaning by clean water completely as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all labour,T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.(CSI NO. 29.63)
