Tender For Provision Of Road Furniture At Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Under Ge(I) Dm Visakhapatnam; 1 S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm diaa highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yelllow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 2 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet (three no round faces in each post), face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The all three retroreflective regulatory sign board will be fixed to 1 no. 50x50mm square post made of MS angle 50x50x40mm, 4mm long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per directed of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective Cautionary/warning sign board ofequilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mmwith support length of 3650mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activatd retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-Ingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized alluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistantmeasures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos MS angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post complete all as specified and directed. 4 S&F in repair Convex mirror made of PC material provided with suitable MS Pipe post duly powder coated as per site requirement , it should have clear and deficate mirror image valving 130 degree of viewing angle and unbreakable and stronger than glass size 1000mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS pipe is to be inserted in ground/cement concrete surface with PCC 1:3:6 and making necessary post holes/demolition. 5 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F plastic speed breaker of any size with combination of black or yellow complete all as specified and directed.
