Bids Are Invited For Supply of fasteners General commercial fasteners of specified head type, length, material, type and quantity are to be supplied for ground application as per undermentioned specifications enclosed with this document. 1. No Free issue material from ASL 2. The contractor shall not make any changes in the specifications of proprietary items without prior approval of the purchaser. 3. Wherever reference is made to a drawing or specifications of Indian Standard, the latest issue is intended. 4. Contractor shall maintain records of all internal inspections carried out by him and make them available to purchaser for scrutiny if required. 5. Vendor has to take clearance of raw material by submitting test reports of chemical composition and mechanical properties of the raw materials procured for fabrication of stores. 6. The contractor shall adopt processes and necessary to guarantee performance as per specification. 7. The contractor shall not make any changes in the design or specification of materials, components and proprietary items without prior approval of the purchaser. 8. Any proposal for any change in these specifications, design and the manufacture will be addressed to the Director, ASL Hyderabad 9. The inspection of the item will be carried out by ASL rep as and when required. The vendor is required to provide necessary facilities/instruments for carrying out the inspection at free of cost. 11. All the items have to be delivered to 0204 Building of SINT (Mechanical)/ASL. RCI Premises, Vignyananakancha-500069 as per Annexure A 12. Delivery period of the items is 02 months in single lot after placement of the Supply order. Total Quantity : 30050
