Tender For Temporary Cookhouse Work At Old Oxygen Plant-- 1 Solid block Masonary Work 2 Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete 3 Red earth filling 4 15.Filling with contractors own earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-chargeRed earth filling for flo 5 PCC work 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 7 Solid block masonary work for drainage and ramp 8 Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) etc complete 9 Scaffolding Works 10 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done . 11 RCC 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 13 Centering and shuttering 14 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete 15 Steel reinforcement 16 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more 17 Plastering for walls 18 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 19 Supply and tying of Canvas tarpaulin sheet just below the truss at 12 m from FFL 20 Supply and installation of canvas tarpaulin sheet having thichness of miminum 800GSMbelow the existing roof truss . The sheet shall be made of treated cotton and durable for roofing, covering, or temporary shelter applications and water resistantant ,Includes cost of, handling, and anchoring with anchor bolts at 1m c/c at walls with PVC coated GI wire or nylon rope of minimum thickness 6mmtying to truss or tying as per site requirements by setting up of scaffolding at moving hoist present at site. Cost of scafolding shall be paid extra. 21 Covering the cooking area from the roof down to 3.6 meters above the FFL 22 Providing and fixing of Nylon safety net (Bird proof) with 1.5mm thick and 20mm spacing. The net should be binded with nylon wire of minimum thickness 6 mm and with PVC coated GI wire to the truss of the structure and to walls with suitable fixtures, anchor bolts at 1m c/c including the cost of all labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (movable hoist present in the building shall be used for tying net to the truss) 23 Plastering for Floor 24 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 25 Miscellaneous Labour 26 Miscellaneous Labour
