Tender For Comprehensive Repair And Maintenance To Of Day To Day Complaint Of Internal Electrification Of D-I And D-Ii Zone Area Under Aor Of Ge(S) Mamun; 1 Identifying and rectifyingthe defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch / socket / ceiling rose / lampholders / fan regulator / bell push / LED fitting such as tube light / mirror light /building security light / bulk head / decorative light,call bell / MCB SP / SPN / fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits,tightening of loose connections etc. and re-fixing in same position, making good the disturbed surfaces, wall, floors etc to match existing one complete all as specified and directed. 2 Identifying and rectifyingthe defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective Bakelite sheet of any size / sunken steel box of any size/ MCCBs of any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits,tightening of loose connections etc. Cutting chases, grouting in wall, making good the disturbed surfaces to match existing one, wall, etcshall be deemed included in quoted rate of this item, complete all as specified and directed. 3 NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1 to 2 :-(a)All T&P, Stationeries and trained / skilled manpower will be provided by the contractor for both the complaint cells on daily basis, as directed.(b) Rep of the contractor will collect the complaints at 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs from complaint cells and attend the complaints immediately. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws, clamps, insulation tapes, nuts/bolts, thimbels of required size etc shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted item. Driver shall be potted anti-vibration types. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. 3. CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be > 70.4. CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 100 Lm/W.6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. Lenses shall be Modular Type. 8. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 9. Note :- (i) Fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement.(ii) Rewinding and supply of replacedparts other than specified in this item , if any,shall be measured and paid seperately.(iii)Rates are deemed to include cost of repair / replacement of parts & servicing. 47 M&L for dismantlingmotor of ceiling fan 1400/1200 mm sweep, AC, 240 volts, any make and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaningslouts and re-winding ofmotor with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire of gauge 35/36 SWG including sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation, greasing, threading, connection with flexible wire 23/0.0076mm copper wire upto connector block and re-assembling and testing for 4 Hrs after repair complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(i)Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of ceiling fan shall be undertaken inside office complex of GE(S) Mamun.(ii) Super enameled copper winding wire of make Khaitan /RPG / KEI or equivalent shall be used. (iii) Total weight of binding wire should not be less than 200 gm per fan. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 200 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate. 48 M&L for servicing of exhuast fans of capacity upto380mmincluding taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oilingof bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
