Tender For All-inclusive Comprehensive Annual maintenance Contract for IT and ELV system at PTB and ATC of Kannur International Airport Limited-- 1 PART A: All-inclusive comprehensive Annual maintenance Contract of the ELV system at PTB and ATC (FIDS, EPABX, Audio Recorder, EMS,VACS, IPTV,CCTV, PA, WiFi) of Kannur Airport as per Inventory list, GCC,SCC, SLA and other terms and condition as detailed in the tender document. 2 1st year 3 2nd year 4 3rd year 5 4th year (rate applicable in case of extension) 6 5th year (rate applicable in case of extension) 7 PART B: All-inclusive comprehensive Annual maintenance Contract of the IT System at PTB and ATC (Firewall, Switches, Servers, NMS, Data and Networking) of Kannur Airport as per Inventory list, GCC,SCC, SLA and other terms and condition as detailed in the tender document. 8 1st year 9 2nd year 10 3rd year 11 4th year (rate applicable in case of extension) 12 5th year (rate applicable in case of extension) 13 PART C: Upgradation of CCTV system as per details enclosed in the tender. 14 Software Upgradation of BVMS and associated client workstation software as per details enclosed in the tender. 15 Supply, installation, configuration, and integration of additional 72 TB storage (19 × 4 TB enterprise-grade surveillance HDDs) into existing NVR RAID setup using available slots in storage enclosures. Scope includes RAID configuration (RAID 5/6/10 as per system compatibility), disk health verification, and optimization of camera resolution and retention parameters post-upgrade. All HDDs shall be 24/7 rated, SMART-tested, and compatible with existing NVR architecture. Includes firmware updates, bandwidth assessment, and documentation of revised storage topology and as per details enlosed in the tender 16 PART D: Upgradation of FIDS system as detailed in the tender document. 17 Upgradation of FIDS as per details enclosed in the tender. 18 Integration with AODB as per details enclosed in the tender. 19 PART E: Supply installation testing and commissioning of TV Displays for FIDS and IPTV system (1 year Rate Contract) along with Thin client PC for Application support as per details enclosed in the tender. 20 SITC of TV Displays (65’’) as per details enclosed in the tender along with all necessary accessories as per details enclosed in the tender. 21 SITC of TV Displays (55’’) as per details enclosed in the tender along with all necessary accessories as per details enclosed in the tender. 22 SITC of TV Displays (43’) as per details enclosed in the tender along with all necessary accessories as per details enclosed in the tender. 23 SITC of Thin client PC as per details enclosed in the tender along with all necessary accessories as per details enclosed in the tender.
