(Bdc-777)- 1 labour charges for dismantalling wood work in frames,trusses,purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead of sectional area 40 sqcm and above 2 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., andstacking the material within 50 meters lead of : G.S. Sheet 3 Providing hoisting and fixing trusses / purlins / rafters / posts / post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete First class Kashmiri Poplar wood 4 Labour charges for Refixing of Dismantled wooden trusses including sorting of Serviceable members, dressing of joints, providing and fixing necessary bolts, nuts, straps, cleats, nails etc. (new where required assembling complete trusses in position scaffolding, hoisting and placing in proper alignment), all complete as per direction of engineer in charge 5 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 6 Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level (Quantity vide item no. 5 7 P/A 12mm thick Plaster (1: 6) Cement Mortar Mix 8 Providing color Profile High Rib G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, complete (0.50mm thick) 9 Providing and fixing Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing 0.50 mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness 10 Providing and fixing 0.50 mm thick MS sheets in eaves boarding 200 mm wide including necessary framework (nominal size) 11 Providing and fixing of 0.30mm GI soffits incl. framework required for fixing and fixtures complete job. 12 Supply and delivery of ergonomically designed office chairs, high back type with breathable mesh backrest, cushioned seat, adjustable seat height (gas lift mechanism), fixed or adjustable armrests, 360° swivel base with smooth-rolling caster wheels, and sturdy metal/nylon base. The chair should include built-in lumbar support for lower back comfort and be suitable for 8+ hour daily use in office environment. Minimum 2-year warranty required. 13 Add provision for cost of photographs, Citizen Information Board & other unforseen items (to be paid as per actual)
