German structure constructed with Aluminium Alloy pipes and silpaulin side covering, Door at entry and Exit,fitted with a suitable sheet with proper support to the German structure dismantling and removing from the site. (Exhibition stall area).1650 Sq.m 3 Hire and labour charges for Door For the German hanger with proper fixing dismantling and removing from the site. 4 Hire and labour charges for 3X3mtr- Ocatnorm Stall• Octanorm table with 2 chairs-1nos• Power strip with 4 socket- 1nos• Required spot lights• Branded Facia• Dust Bin -1 nosbranding with proper fixing dismantling and removing from the site. 5 Providing Bio-toilet of portable type for 4 days with storage tank, light, drainage system, bucket and mug, health faucets, cleaning arrangement for every two hours, separation for Ladiesand Gents with covering the front side. Proper removal of all types of waste from the site. (6 Nos. each for Ladies and Gents withsignboard, 1 no for Differently Abele with proper fixing. (The area where the bio-toilet is installed must be kept clean and hygienic. The cleanliness and maintenance will be inspected at 2-hour intervals.) 6 Hire and labour charges for Water Dispenser(15nos) with 30 nos jar (25ltr) per day withsteel cups 50 nos. withproper fixing(Clean, suitable for drinking, and glasses should be washed and sanitized properly.) 7 ELECTRICAL 8 Hire and labour charges for 500 KVA Generator with diesel for AC in the soundproof vehicle including transportation cost, diesel for 80 hours. (Including DB settings, panel board fixing and adequate cabling) for 5 days. 9 Hire and labour charges for 250 KVA Generator with diesel for AC in the soundproof vehicle including transportation cost, diesel for 80 hours. (Including DB settings, panel board fixing and adequate cabling) for 5 days. 10 Hire and labour charges for 250 KVA Generator with fuel for the Light Sound inside the German hanger For 70 hours (Including inspection and Trial Run hours(Including DB settings, panel board fixing and adequate cabling) for 5 days. 11 Hire and labour charges for 82KVA genset with fuel for the General Lights inside the German hanger For 75 hours including inspection and Trial Run hours hours (Including inspection and Trial Run hours(Including DB settings, panel board fixing and adequate cabling) for 5 days. 12 Hire and labour charges for 250KVA Standby genset with fuel for theinside the German hanger For 12 hours including inspection and Trial Run hours (Including DB settings, panel board fixing and adequate cabling) for 5 days. 13 Hire and labour chargesfor AC inside the German Hanger with Two Air curtains at the Entry and exit point with proper cabling and proper fixing.
