The mixture freezing temperature shall be (-) 35°C, all as specified. The mode of payment and operation involved for this item shall be as under:-Note: (a) Mono Ethylene Glycol in concentrated from shall only be measured and paid under this item.(b) Material and labour for mixing, filling, preparation fo Glycol Charge to get total quantity of mixture including first filling required for operation of CHS plant and network having 40% quantity of treated water available at site and 60% of mono ethylene glycol supplied as above to attain the freezing temperature of mixture as (-) 35°C. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the above activity/work.(c) The water for preparation of mixture will be supplied by MES without any extra charges for this item (only). The water shall be supplied at a point decided by GE and quoted rates shall deemed to be included for transportation of same from the take off point. | 32 | Note :The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1.00 to 31.00 ) is meant for maint of sensitive installation at AF Stn Thoiseunder GE(AF) Thoise. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of CHS in the AF station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each complaint so notified. |
