    Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of Nitrogen Injection Firefighting System For Fire Prevention System Of 2Omva Transformers At Switchyard Of Ljhp Power House- 1 Design, Supply of NIFPES complete with all the components (Fire extinguishing cubicle, Signal box, fire detector, PLC based control box, TCIV, Contact multiplier auxiliary relay for Potential free contacts, pipes of different sizes, control cables, Valves with all allied hardware etc.) as per site requirement and as per technical specifications 2 Erection, testing, commissioning of NIFPES with all accessories 3 Supply, Installation of Accessories for Retrofitting of existing Transformer (Valves with Tees, Fire Detector Brackets, Flanges etc.) as per site requirement and as per technical specifications 4 Supply of Cylindrical prefabricated 6 mm thick MS Tank including requisite pipes as per site requirement and as per technical specifications 5 Tank with 3000 ltr capacity filled with Nitrogen Gas, as per site requirement and Technical Specifications (For 20 MVA Transformer) 6 Installation and carrying out Civil works for MS Tank including Excavation, laying of 75 mm PCC, constructing brick wall jacket around the tank, laying of 300 mm RRCC raft, leveling and alignment of MS Tank, back filling with sand, Top leveling by laying of PCC (1:2:4) of 100mm, as per site requirement and Technical Specifications 7 Outside sensors / Fire Detectors 8 Nitrogen Cylinders 9 Regulatory Assembly
