Construction of Library at POMBAY .Block:-POMBAY- 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:2.9.1 All kinds of soil : 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 3 P/L RBM of required size and grade including levelling ramming etc. 4 P/L (1:4:8)mix cement concrete of specified grade using 40mm thick stone aggregates. 5 P/L (1:1.5:3)mix reinforced cement concrete of specified grade using 20mm thick stone aggregates. 6 P/L (1:2:4)mix cement concrete of specified grade using 20mm thick stone aggregates. 7 P/L (1:1.5:3)mix reinforced cement concrete of specified grade using 20mm thick stone aggregates. 8 P/L 50mm thick cement concrete flooring (1:2:4)mix. 9 Formwork of ordinary timber planks for in situ concrete work including removal of the same. 10 Formwork of ordinary timber planks for in situ concrete work including removal of the same. 11 Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending binding and placing in position all complete. 12 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).Foreign Ist Class Kail 13 Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 14 P/F4mm thick float glass panes with all fixtures. 15 Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 16 P/F Hardware items of approved Quality 100mm Handles 17 150mm Handles 18 100mm Tower Bolts 19 150mm Tower Bolts 20 Stay Hooks 21 L-Drops 8 inch with link Lock 22 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.two or more coats including Primong Coats. 23 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete11.52.2 Size of tile 600x600 mm 24 Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth superstructure including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 25 P/A 12mm thick cement sand plaster (1:4)mix 26 P/F wood work for truss work with all fixtures complete job. 27 Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 28 Providing Ridges or hips 30cm overall width plain GS Sheets fixed with polymer coated Jor L Hooks,nuts,bolts 8mm Dia. 29 P/F GI sheets Eaves Boarding Readily available in the Market.with all fixtures. 30 Steps and truss at entrance as directed by incharge engineer. 31 Providing and applying cement based wall putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 32 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm 33 Construction of reading cabbins made of 19mm thick MR ply finished with 1mm thick denmica and fixing as per requirement and as directed by incharge engineer.complete job. 34 Electric fittings as per requirement and as directed with approved quality material. 35 Carriage of material (stones and aggregates,sand )by MT 36 photograph /signboard charges(2.5X2.5)size
