GARDEN LIGHTS, ALLIED WORK FOR CANTT-19 AT HQ EAC (U) AF UNDER GE (I) (AF) SHILLONG-- 1 Taking down Post top lantern/beautification luminaires/MH fittings of any builiding & post top after disconnecting all eletrical connection for repair/replacement of old parts if any works and refixing the same after replcement of burnt/unserviceable spares & cleaning the luninaires by mild cleanser complete all as specified and as directed.(None : Spares/ Accessories will be measured & paid separatly under supply only rate). 2 Supply and fix LED Post top lantern of 50 Watts, 240V, 50Hz IP 65 made of black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium funnel shape with clear acrylicand accessories such as integrated drivers pre-wired etc suitable with gate lightpipe.Note:- (a) LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge.(b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standard format for minimum 50000 Hrs powercables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 withaluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. also taking out existing unserviceable UG cables all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks shall be measured and paid separately 11 Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured,electric powercables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 withaluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. also taking out existing unserviceable UG cables all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Note:-(a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks shall be measured and paid separately 12 Supply, lay and fix 40 mm bore galvanized iron tubing (light grade) including all fittings and laid in trenches, walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid in separate item 13 Material and labour for PVC insulated FRLSH industrial cable with multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 volts including taking out old cable as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Supply and fix as in repairs cable junction box of size 240 mm x 130 mm x 110 mm with terminals / connectors, mounting bracket & polyamide cable gland with lock nut & bolts including internal connections with proper size Copper/ Aluminum lugs/ thimbles includingfixing on pole with clamps and also drilling of two holes on pole for inserting PVC insulated copper cable complete all as directed. 15 Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT Poles of height 8.5 / 9 mtrs height of LT OH line or street light steel tubular poles above ground level coping including cross arm channels, flat iron clamp in LT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Material and labour for p[reparation of external and internal old painted steel surfaces of LT panel boards/ LT feedar pillar boxes/ bus bar chambers, GI pole and bollard etc in position by removing/ scrapping old disintegrated and deteriorated paint and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun over a coat of red oxide primer including welding work for doors and writing letter complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 17 Material and labour for dismantling shaft of AHU plant, transporting to workshop, re-metalling, grinding, machining on lathe and other machines to bring the same in size to fit with bearing for proper functioning, transporting back to AHU plant andre-installing/ commissioning the shaft & pulley with proper alignment complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fix of shaft bearing as per existing type and recommissioning the shaft/ pulley with proper alignment all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 19 Supply only heat proof porcelain insulator with suitable size nuts/bolts & washers as per sample. 20 Supply only V-belt of type B-84 to B-95 as per existing size 21 M & L for complete overhauling and servicing of AIR HANDLING UNITS and following undermentioned items at various locations and to carry out following activities:-(a)Thorough/detailed examinaton of AHU including ducts in plant room and connected accessories and preparing list of defects and spares/components to be replaced.(b)Thorough cleaning of AHU including ducts in plant room by compressed air system / vacuum cleaner.(c)Thorough cleaning of AHU including ducts in plant room by using mild detergents and water spraying and drying the complete system.(d)Preparing old steel surfaces including motor, filter frames, grills, external and internal body of AHU, duct of AHU in plant room and spray painting in one coat using synthetic enamel paint of approved colour. (e)Replacing unserviceable spares/components.(e)Oiling/Greasing/Lubricating of various parts for smooth functioning.Notes : (a) Cost of labour for replacement of new spares/componentshall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.(b)New spare parts/components shall be measured and paid as Supply only under respective items of BOQ here-in-after.(c) Cost of cosumables like Oil/Grease/Lubricantsshall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. 22 5 HP 3ph 415V induction motor with pulley, base etc 23 Outer body of air heating unit at Heating Plant with all accessories. 24 AHU duct at heating plant. 25 M & L for disconnection of electric connection, dismantling the Blower Motor 3 to 15 HP from the base/pulley/shaft, thorough/detailed examinaton of motors and preparing list of defects and spares/components to be replaced, replacing unserviceable spares/components, complete servicing/overhauling and re-assembling of motor, oiling/greasing/lubricating of various parts for smooth functioning, checking for proper alignment, re-installing the same, making necessary terminal connections with proper copper lugs & proper alignment of pulley and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed replacing the following :- (a)Supply only ball bearing Make -SKF 6310/NBC & 6308/NBC- 05 Set(b)Supply only motor for cooling fan as per existing one as directed - 05 Set 26 Taking out old unserviceable strip heater fins type and Supply & Fix strip heater fins type for working on 3 KW 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz supply of approximate size 0.85m x 0.9 m fixed with suitable nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 Taking out old unserviceable PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed lead glass coated single core 10 Sqmm cable from any situation and Suuply and fix/lay PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed lead glass coated thermal stable single core 10 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed. 28 S & F in replacement copper lugs suitable for 10 Sqmm size cable complete all as specified and directed 29 S & Fin replacement MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 volts, C-curve, rupturing capacity 10KA conforming to IEC-60898, Part-I, complete, all as specified & directed. 30 S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure single door DB SPN 2 way, 240 volts, protection class IP-43 made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with epoxy powder coated surface confirming to IS-13032, IS 8623, BS-5484 all as specified and directed. 31 Taking out old unserviceable PVC insulated & PVC Round Sheathed 3 core 10 Sqmm cable from any situation and Supply and fix/lay PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 complete all as specified and directed. 32 M & L for rewinding of Blower motor (induction type) 3 Phase 5HP with super ennameled copper winding wire of existing size and turns, insulator paper fixing, coil fitting, varnishing, baking, including cleaning of grooves of stator, replacement of terminal box (6 terminals), connection etc, testing and commissioningcomplete all as specified and directed for following capacity motors :- 33 S & F in replacement pedestal type ballbearing of type 6000 or suitable for shaft complete 34 S & F in replacement synthetic insulation mat for electric purpose of size 2m x1m x 3mm thick as per IS:15652 complete all as specified and directed. 35 Power contactor 3 Pole of rated current upto 70 Amps ratingof 100 Amps and suitable for three phase induction motor of capacity upto 11 KW complete all as directed 36 Taking out old unserviceable Mild Steel air grills and supply, erection, testing & commissioning of powder coated adjustable type Mild Steel air grills of Size (40 x 25 x 11 cm outer flange) with nuts, bolts & screws complete all as specified and as directed. 37 M & L for cleaning the fresh/suction air filter (60X50cm) first by vaccum cleaner, then by compressed air and subsequently by mild detergent based solution complete all as specified and directed 38 Supply and fixing in replacement fresh/suction air filter (60X50cm) of large airflow and of huge dust holding capacity with low initial pressure drop and cleanable/washable type fixed with Air handling unit all as per sample at site, complete all as specified and directed. 39 Supply and fixing in replacement of two groove cast iron/Mild Steel V belt shaft pulley of 20 cm radius/existing size suitable for mounting two belts complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Supply and fixing compact air insulated rising main with copper busbar 315/320 Amps, 8 Way breaking capacity of 35 KA. 41 Supply and fixing compact air insulated rising main with copper busbar 100-125 Amps, 8 Way breaking capacity of 35 KA. 42 Supply and fix following components/parts in existing LT Panels/LT feeder pillar boxes:- 43 Analog type Voltmeter 0-500 volts, 3 Phase of size 96mm x 96mm. 44 Ammeter 0-400 Amps capacity, 3 Phase, class I accuracy, 0.5 VA burden including set of CTs of size 96mm x 96mm. 45 LED type Indicating lamp flush mounted, Red, yellow or blue colour as directed. 46 Toggle switch 47 Start push button (green) complete with internal connection suitable for running of 5-10 HP motor complete all as specified and as directed. 48 Stop push button (Red) complete with internal connection suitable for running of 5-10 HP motor complete all as specified and as directed. 49 Over load protection relay suitable for 3 phase 415 volt for induction motor for 50-70 Amp load complete all as specified and as directed 50 CT 100/5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed 51 Electronic Star Delta Timer suitable for 240 -
