un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal ofdebris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge 3 M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for Glazed, ceramic, colouredtiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles and including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for 75 mm thick,plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 9 Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed. 10 M & L for Rolled mild steel fo grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed),trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pices, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ precast concrete block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal ofdebris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 15 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate),block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for Providing Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 17 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed 18 M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with integral water proofing compoundwith weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturers instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item). 20 Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. 21 M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 22 M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
