Tender For Periodical Services To Md Officer Accn Under The Aor Of Age B/R-I Of Ge (N) Mamun.-- 1 Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and removing oil and greasy spots with suitable chemical including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of external wall putty & one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Preparation of old plastered surface of walls by brooming down with broom or steel wire brush and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and plastering to small disturbed surfaces, filling the cracks with crack filling paste for making the surface even and smooth and appying one coat of external wall putty & two coats of cement base paint mixed with silicon based water repellent compound, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: Rate of crack filling paste and silicon based water repllent compound are included in quotated rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 3 Preparation of old plastered surface of walls by brooming down with broom or steel wire brush and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and plastering to small disturbed surfaces, filling the cracks with crack filling paste for making the surface even and smooth and appying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of crack filling paste is included in quotated rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 4 Preparation of old plastered surface of ceilings by brooming down with broom or steel wire brush and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and plastering to small disturbed surfaces, filling the cracks with crack filling paste for making the surface even and smooth and appying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of crack filling paste is included in quotated rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 5 Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces of any type/description viz. distemper, emulsion etc using mechanical means/grinder, cleaning surface to receive finish, stopping the holes/dipressions with one coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth, even surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Where thickness of putty is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putty shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 6 Complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces of any type/description viz. distemper, emulsion etc using mechanical means/grinder, cleaning surface to receive finish, stopping the holes/dipressions with one coat of wall care putty to obtain smooth, even surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: Where thickness of putty is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putty shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 7 Preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise describedand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise describedand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. 10 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling, chajjas etc. in CM 1:6 finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 11 15mm thick rendering cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. 12 M&L for plastering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas,roof projections etc, making the edges in line, in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. 14 Preparation of new plastered or unplastered external surfaces of wall and chajjas and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying 2mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth & applying two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of priming paint, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Preparation of newplastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparation of newplastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and directed. 18 Writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete, complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&Lfor breaking/dismentling, cleaning of loose concrete,in chajjas balconies, column,beam and similar RCC work replacementofcorressive reinforcement, filling plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.50mmgraded crushedstone aggregate40to100mm thickusing approved bonding chamical(from Fosroc/STP/Sikka/ Dr. Fixit), 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement applying two coat of exterior emulsion over a coat of primer , including necessary scafolding, formwork (upto G+2 floor) etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :1. The cost for steel tubular double scaffolding necessary for execution of work and protective measures for height more than height of double/triplestorey building as directed by Engr-in-charge shall be included in the quoted rate against the respective item and nothing shall be admisible on this account. 20 Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fitting, head, shoes, bend, swan-nacks etc., including cleaning or refixing and removal complete all as specified & directed. 21 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointsfixed to wall, complete, all as specified and directed. 22 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends, complete, all as specified and directed. 23 Hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified. 24 S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified. 25 S&F 3mm thick figured sheet glass pin head typeordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.
