Tender For External Periodical Services To Certain Bldgs Of Otm Accn And Md Accn At Af Station Laitkor Peak Under Ge (I) (Af) Shillong-- 1 Material and labour for preparation ofold painted wooden surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. 2 Material and labour for preparation ofold painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including roof sheets complete all as specified. 3 Material and labour for preparation of old Painted concrete /Plastered floor surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth including cleaning the surfaces by wire brushes and washing and applying one coat of terracota colour acrylic antifugal exterior emulsion painting on floor and PCC chequered tiles as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 4 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster description on brick or stone walls detc including draking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc & removing rubbish of the premises complete all as directed. 5 Material and labour for 15 mm thick renderingin cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved Liquid Water Proofing Compound on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.Note: Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective Supply only item.. 6 Supply only liquid water proofing compound. 7 Material and labour for one coar of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old eaves, gutter and pipes, any description, n.exc 60 cm grith including holderbats, distance pieces, etc (length measured over bends, branches etc) complete all as specified and directed 8 Material and labour for preparation of plastered surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified. 9 Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified. 10 Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke, soot , moulds , moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etcand applying one coat of water based acrylic antifungal/exterior emulsion paint with roller finish complete all as per manufacturer instruction 12 Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfacesand applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additive @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.902 litre/ 10 Sqm with roller finish complete all as per manufacturer instruction Make : (Apex Ultima of Asia, weather shield MAX of ICI/Dulux, weather coat long life Berger, Acroguard 3X of Acro Paint, Excel Total of Nerolac)
