provided for complete all as per specified and as directed. 2 S&F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as required depth of embedded portion of holdfasts exc. half brick and not exc. one brick thick complete all as specified and as directed 4 S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described for exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Removing excavated material exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed. 10 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, etc. fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed. 11 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, etc.,fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 13 S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles, etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and as directed. 14 S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Demolition of brick work or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius in one brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls andapplying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L for submain wiring with two runs of single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all necessary fittings including 1x4 sq.mm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. 20 S&F as in repairs single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 6-32 amps and electrically connecting up fixed complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M&L for flame proof point wiring complete with 2.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable of 1100 volts grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor, concealed type, drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit, heavy duty and conduit accessories, ISI marked, fixed on wall, roof, ceiling, etc. and including provision of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLSH, ISI marked as earth continuity conductor, fabricated sunken terminal box, made out of 1.22mm thick sheet steel duly painted and fixed on walls with 3mm thick bakelite, ISI marked top cover with brass/ chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing switches, socket outlets, fan, regulators, etc. complete all as specified and as directed of the followings :- 22 One voltage stabilized at 220 volt ± 9 % V with accuracy of (±) 2 5%, capacity 5 KVA with low high cut off and intelligent time delay suitable for one air conditioner upto 2 ton or 24000 BTU/Hour complete all as specified and as directed 30 Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated PVC sheathed electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq.mm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed 31 Fixing only voltage stabilizer for air conditioning system (window type/split type) at wall and as per existing suitable location with fasteners including connection the air conditioning system complete all as specified and as directed 32 S&F octagonal pole (3.5m long) swan neck type complete with base plate, foundation bolt and finial and double swan neck including painting of pole with aluminium paint, foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed. 33 S&F cable junction box of size 200x160x98mm, made out of thermoplastic, having IP-65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 3 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 -02 No & M-25 -01 No), fixed on poles with aluminium clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. 34 S&F LED flood light fitting, 200 watt LED flood light luminaries with high pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass, IP-66 in order to ensure better performance of the luminaires including clamp, nut, bolt and other accessories for fixing including cable for connection complete all as specified and as directed. 35 M&L for XLPE insulated cable, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 sq.mm, 4 core laying in trenches or passing through pipe complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Rate of saddle, clamp, lugs of different size as required and cable gland packing for fixing of cable on wall/ panel is included in quoted rate.NOTE: The contract sum shall be derieved
