Periodical Services To Md Accn Of Shardul Vihar, Avtar Vihar, Parimal Vihar, Tirth Vihar Vikram Vihar And Old Sf At Rrc Fatehgarh-- 1 Preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash over old decorated surface of walls complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per item No.2 above but on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm over new surfaces over 3 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of 1 mm thick weather proof putty on old surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.Note :- bldg ht not exc. 12 m 5 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 6 Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without extra cement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without extra cement and applying two coats of cement based paint over alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) as on concrete surface on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash including taking down of plastercomplete all as specified and directed
