Tender For UNDERTAKING CIVIL AND REPAIR WORKS TO MUSEUM BUILDING, FLOOR ETC. AT ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE MUSEUM KANGRA (H.P.)-- 1 Sub Head and Item of Work 2 Removing dry or oil based distemper; waterproofing cement paint and the like by scrapping sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (include GST). 3 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete (include GST). 4 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper having VOC (Cola tile organic compound) content less than 50 gm or litter of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coat wherever required to achieve even shade and color etc. complete (include GST). 5 Providing and fixing angle iron frame 50x50x5mm of M.S Angle horizontal and vertical 12 mm square bar 10 cm C/C with fixing hole fast the A.C outdoor with (AC Frame) (kg) (3 Nos.) (137.18*3) etc. complete (include GST). 6 Providing and fixing angle iron frame 50x50x5mm of M.S Angle horizontal and vertical 12 mm square bar 10 cm C/C with fixing hole fast(window near main gate of Museum) etc. complete (include GST). 7 Providing and fixing angle iron frame 50x50x5mm of M.S Angle horizontal and vertical 12 mm square bar 10 cm C/C with fixing hole fast(window at Museum office) (kg) (02 Nos.) (130.99*2) etc. complete (include GST). 8 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. etc. complete (include GST). 9 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete (include GST). 10 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead etc. complete (include GST). 11 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc. complete (include GST). 12 Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. H=2.2m , W=1.6m etc. complete (include GST). 13 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm etc. complete (include GST). 14 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (include GST). 15 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete (include GST). 16 Wooden polish of showcase and door and enemal paint at window including repair of rain water pipe back side of the museum etc. complete (include GST).
