Tender For Refurbishment of BHQ Kathua, Block Kathua Block Kathua District Kathua under CAPEX (PRI) for the year 2025-26 - 1 Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns) 2 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately.) 3 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) 22.3.1 With floating glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg / sqm) 4 Providing and fixing aluminum round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 22.16.1 Anodized (AC 15) aluminum 22.16.2 Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminum 5 Providing and fixing Anodized aluminum grill (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 minimum anodic coating of Grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing windows frame with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved Anodized aluminum standard section around the opening, all complete as epr requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (only weight of grill to be measured for payment) 6 Demolishing Cement Concrete Manually /by Mecancally means including disposal of Mulba within 50 m leads as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge 7 Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge 8 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) 9 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 12 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 13 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 14 Taking out existing wooden door/Window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 15 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per irection of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second Class Deodar wood. 16 Providing and fixing G.I /CPVC pipe to IS ( MediumClass) with fitting upto 150mm diad & above shall be MS 7mm thick confirming to IS : 3989 including Synthetic enamel paints of approved quality and shade over a coat of approved priming coat ( Shade as per colour code ) and clamps and flange including cutting & making good walls complete.(internal and Exposed on walls) & includes testing of joints 17 Providing and fixing high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI: 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. Thebasesupport i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately 18 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared 19 Labour Engaged for cleaning of Toilet 20 Acid 21 Tile Cleaner 22 Carriage of Sand for an av.
