    General- Project No. 240/2025-26 Chowkkakadavu Landing Centre Work shed Maintenance In Ward 16-.-General Civil Work- 1 LANDING CENTRE RENOVATION 2 15.28.1:Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :G.S. Sheet 3 50.10.2:Steel work for purlin/single section with G I pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete 4 OD256370/2025-2026:Providing and fixing aluminium profile sheets pre coated ( size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by the engineer -in-charge) 0.460mm or nearest available thickness. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal or vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required. OD 71/21-22 (Approved data vide CE circular dated 18.08.2016) 5 OD256371/2025-2026:Providing and fixing precoated Aluminium sheet roofing accessories 0.5mm(+0.05%)total coated thickness, using self drilling/self tapping screws complete:Ridges plain(500-600mm)OD 70/21-22 Modified DAR 12.51.1
