Tender For Certain Misc Repairs For Mh, Asha School, Ksa And Other Otm Accn Of Jagadhari Road In C1 Sector And Adjoining Area Of Age B&R-Ii (South) Under Ge (South) Ambala Cantt.; 1 Demolition of brick work or stone / bouldermasonry includingall quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Material and labour for brick work with sub class B (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Material and labour for brick work (except bricks)straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: - Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be re used. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work. 4 Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius as inhalf brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking outfor keys, scrubbing down with water etc of any thikness and brick or stone wall etc. cement or cement lime plaster any description , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4)on surface of any description of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Material andlabour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: - (i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even.(ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered.(iii) Contractors quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account. 8 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on wall, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primeron walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed 11 Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushedstone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning and filling the joints with bitumen and sand mixture , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTES:- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 Mtrs length,10 mm wide. (ii) 30 mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume. 12 Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) ascoping. on edge for sealing interlocking tiles, roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed 14 Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed 15 Material and labour for glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 38mm width of strip and inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed 16 Material and labour for providing and laying factory made PVC moulded, dark red/yellow coloured with grey cement andvibrated machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Material and labour for hard core of broken stone gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited and leveled in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Material and labour for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outsidethe defence land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm thick graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings including dismantling existing jallies etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Material and labour for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manhole, drain etc) and simililar articles with plain faces including necessary form work etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(NOTE: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ) 22 Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.50 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain etc complete all as specified and directed 24 Material and labour for extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified . 25 Demolition and breaking up 100/75 mm (PVC (SWR) pipe, salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) pipes, set in cement mortar from walls and taking out of trenches, if required, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) 100 mm pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, floors or intrenches etc complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) 110mm bore equal or unequal fitted with access door , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Supply and fixing in repair of 100 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Taking out sludge including removing blockage and cleaning the sewage line (not exceeding 200 mm dia)by using bamboos sticks, MS rod or other sticks or mechinacal jetting machineand revolving the rope inside the sewar between the two man holes for following sizes of sewar and cleaning the same by fresh water , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Cleaning of brick/cement concrete open drains of any type and size exceeding and removing sludge up to 50mtr distance , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 Taking out sludge including blockage and cleaning of the manhole of any size, description, depth not exceeding 1.50 metre each and collection the sludge in closed container and cleaning the man holes with fresh water and reopenning of manholes all as specified and directed.(NOTE: - Sludge be lifted and taken to out sides of MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and be inclusive of transport). 33 Taking out sludge including blockage and cleaning of the manhole of any size, description, depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3 metre each and collection the sludge in closed container and cleaning the man holes with fresh water and reopenning of manholes all as specified and directed.(NOTE: - Sludge be lifted and taken to out sides of MoD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and be inclusive of transport). 34 Material and labour for removing blockage from WCs, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as of complaints recieved day to day complete all as secified and directed..NOTE: - (i) This item inculdes cleaning of each trap and pipes of toilet/bathroom/kitchen block etc irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first manhole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment. (ii) Contractor or his repressentative will ensure daily attendance of complaints. Else recovery of RS 100/- for non attendance of per complaints will be taken from. 35 Supply and fixing in repair fiber glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting 2mm thick with coach screw and washer as in wall cladding including dismantling old unserviceable sheeting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Material and labour for routine maintenance of rolling shutter area of shutter not exc 10.00 sqm each(Max height. 3.50 M) :-(a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing the same.(b)Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels, lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc.(c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc.(d)Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site.(e) Gear box and helical spring shall be measured and paid separately. 37 Description all as per item No 36.00 above but area of rolling shutter area of shutter exceeding 10 sqm but not exceeding 20.00 sqm each (Max height. 5.15 M) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Supply only new helical springs of size not exceeding 50 Cm long as required for rolling shutters etc all as specified and directed. 39 Supply only new helical verticalMS shaft 25mm bore heavy grade complete all as specified and dircted. 41 Taking down old unserviceable wooden stairs/ ladder including hand rails, baluster, newal etc upto 4.0m length , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 42 Supply and fixing of mild steel, framed work such as stairs (framed)including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etcconforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 43 Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in door chowkats, ornamental gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 44 Dismantling of structural steel work as indoors, gates purlin and posts etc including cleats & plate but excluding framed truss etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 45 Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid concrete block, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) conforming to IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 of 45/30 cm high, 10 cm thick and of suitable width including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc as in kerb continuous edging jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and struck flush pointing as the work proceeds and finishing with neat cement flush joint etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 46 Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone of any colour (of any type) work (table rubbed, polished and moulding) in vertical surface as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding, polishing, rounding and moulding of stone slabs on edges, including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding andrubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 47 Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 48 Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pattern as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 49 Dismantling of chain link fencing/ barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed 50 Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel, RCC) embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface , complete all as specified and directed . 51 Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm gradedstone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 52 Material and labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 53 Material and labour Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 54 Supply andfixing mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as inpost or struts in fencing,ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts andbolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed. 55 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 56 Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 57 Supply andfixing forgalvanized2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, includingsecuring or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), including dismantling of deterioted barbed wire fencing complete allas specified. 58 NOTE:- Amount of credit
