Bisnoor; 1 Erection of 132/33 kV 20 MVAKV Power X-mer 2 Complete assembly and erection of 132/33 KV 40MVA/ 20MVApower transformer with all associated equipments. Connection / wiring etc. including installation of marshalling boxes, control cabinet. RTCC Panel etcradiators, cooling fans, all accessories etc. for transformer including their preliminery checks . Body protection cabling and termination work. Unloading / Handling of Transformer Accessories and Applying Vacuum, Filling of Transformeroil, oil filtaration till desired results and other necessary works associated with transformer installation. (Fillter Machine and vacuum pump shall be provided by the Company ). 3 Erection of substation Structure 4 Erection of structures of 132/33KV Gantries,Busbar equipment etc. including their shifting from storage place, fixing & alignment of templates for grouted /bolted type structure foundations,tightening of nuts & bolts washers,etc,& including alignment & levelling of structure and other associated works. 5 Erection of 132 KV CВ 6 Erection of structures and alignment, shifting of breaker upto the place and placement of circuit breaker on structure and alignment.Complete assembly of circuit breaker including erection of control cabinet & mechanism box, interconnecting piping work erection of all accessories for the equipment and making interconnections. 7 Erection of 132KV CТ 8 Erection of 132 kV current transformer Including shiftingupto civil foundation and placement on structure and fixing of junction box including all accessories& making all interconnections, earthing etc. and mounting of junction boxes. 9 Erection of 132 KV 3-phase Isolators 10 Erection of 132 KV 3-phase motorised Isolators Including shifting upto civil foundation & placement of complete isolatoronisolator structure.Erection/ mounting of mechanism box,interconnection, pipings, alignment of contacts & all associated activities to make the installation complete including checking of successful mechanical and electrical operation. 11 Erection of 132 KV LA 12 Including shifting of 132 kV surge/lightening arrestors upto civil foundation& placement of equipments on structure including all accessories and making all connections and earthings etc. also include checking & installation of insulator base and surge counters. 13 Erection of 132 KV C&R Panel 14 Shifting up to control room (including storage if required) and placement complete with all relays & accessories.The placement of C&R panel to be done on MS channel frame and MS Channel frame will suitable grouted in control room as per drawing. The cutting, welding& fabrication of of MS channel frame is to be done as per drawing. Proper alignment of C&R panel and earthing to be done. .
