The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.,complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2)The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works 57 Providing Soil Bag Support to the monument with contractors soil in proper layers carefully as directed by Engineer in-charge including filling, tying and conveying the bags, removing the soil bags after work upto a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and cleaning the site etc. 58 Documentation (Still Photography & Videography) of the conservation Process (before, after and every 3 months during process) 59 Preparation of 5-10 min documnetary film on Conservation of Mayureshwar Temple precinct, of which will include script development, shooting, voice over, post production wherever required as per the script
