| 2 | Design and Build of the Expansion and Modernization of Guwahati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati, Assam — comprising the construction and development of the Hospital Building, Private Ward, MLCP Building, Civil External Development Works, and associated Infrastructure. The project scope includes execution of External Development – Electrical Works, HVAC Systems, Medical Gas Pipeline System, Modular Operation Theaters, Nurse Call System, Hospital Furniture, CSSD, TSSU, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment, Liquid Medical Oxygen Tank, QMS, HMIS and Allied IT Infrastructure, Pneumatic Tube System (PTS), SWMTS, PWLCS, AVSRS, Automatic Pharmacy Distribution System, and Curtain Track & IV Tree Systems, along with all necessary support services and allied facilities.The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBC-2016 norms, National Medical Commission (NMC) standards, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope also includes complete handing over of the facility and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance for a period of five (5) years, ensuring all works are completed in all respects.Note :-Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed |

The serviceable material received from dismantling/demolishing to be kept with executing agency and take away from the site as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
