Tender For Periodical Services And Connected Misc Works To Certain Bldgs In Residential Area At Cvrde Avadi; 1 Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed 2 Material and labour for Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed 3 Taking down cementplaster on bricks stone walls, ceiling surface etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to received new plastering complete all as specified and as directed 4 Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on external faces of brickwork or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately. 6 Supply only integral water proofing compound 7 Material and labour for rendering 5mm thck on ceiling surface in cement mortar 1:3finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed 8 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified. 9 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered decorated wall surface and appying two coats of distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and labour for preparation of newly plasteredwall surface and appying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Material and labour of preparation of old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Material and labour for applying 3mm thick wall care putty over walls complete all as specified and as directed 13 Material and labour of preparation of old wall surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and labour of preparation of old wall surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material and labour of preparation of old ceiling surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for preparation of old plasteredwall surface and appying two coats of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Material and labour for preparation of old wooden steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and labour Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with synthetic enamel paint (1st Quality) complete all as directed. 20 Material and labour Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. with synthetic enamel paint (1st Quality) complete all as directed.
