Repair Replacement Of 100 Tr Capcity Chillers At Nicpr Sector 39 Greater Noida Up Sh Supply And Replacement Of Hvac Low Side Equipments--1 Servicing overhauling of existing AHUs of various capacities at NICPR including servicing of induction motor, oiling greasing of blower unit , cleaning of cooling coil with Chemical, cleaning of Pre- filters and alignment of blower unit to motor etc. Complete as reqd. 1.1 3000 CFM TO 6000 CFM 1.2 12000 CFM 2 Supply, Installation, Testing and Comissioning of wall/ surface mounted VFD shall be capable of operating on the AC Supply Voltages applicable to the end site, with suitable tolerance for variations in the incoming mains power supply. The applicable supply voltage range must meet one of the below :-380 – 480 VAC ± 10%. VFD’s must be capable of continuous operation with the connected load with up to 3% voltage imbalance between the incoming phases.VFD’s shall be capable of operating with a mains supply frequency range of 50 – 60Hz ± 2%. The VFD shall be capable of variable frequency, variable voltage output in the range 0 – 500Hz and 0 –440Volts Supply Voltage.VFD’s must be available with a minimum IP-20 rating.VFD’s should include protection features to ensure that the motor may not operate in an overloaded condition which may cause damage to the connected motor.VFD’s shall be capable of controlling the motor with a constant or variable torque output characteristic in order to operate the desired load. Selection between constant and variable torque operation should be easily selectable by parameters within the VFD complete etc complete as reqd at site. 3 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated tonthe same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications BALANCING VALVE WITH BUILT IN MEASURING FACILITY with C I body flanged construction with EPDM coated disc with long pitch with protected out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled / hot water circulation as specified 4 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications Y - STRAINER of Ductile CI Body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer for chilled / hot water circulation including insulation as specified.
