Providing Solid PVC false Ceiling consisting of 600mm x 600mm, 5mm (±0.25) thick Plain embossed PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg /Cbm Manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified Company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using powder coated aluminum T- section of sizes 1” x1”( 25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick ) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2‟x2‟( 600x600mm ). The aluminum framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of \"J\" hook and G.I. wire / 6mm M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminum framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminum L-section of size 1”x1” ( 25x25mm ) angles etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge, manufacturer‟s specification & drawing.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401.For Grading IIIMaterial

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour completeincluding all scaffolding as per manufacturer\"s specification. Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of basewith primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
